GENERAL PURPOSE:
Were seeking a Director of Sales to lead and scale our SMB (Small & Medium Business) Energy Sales team. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth within the larger Energy sales team developing and implementing effective sales strategies and fostering strong team cohesion through coaching and mentorship. This is a pure leadership roleno individual quotafocused on coaching inspiring and driving results through others.
Youll manage a growing team of 610 sales professionals who are focused on deals up to 5000MWh. Your expertise in direct energy sales strategic thinking and risk-taking will be key to unlocking your teams full potential.
Reports to: VP of Sales Energy
Direct Reports: Team of SMB Sales Executives
Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in-office/week.
Travel: 30-40% based on client needs team meetings leadership summits etc.
