Full-Time Commission Base Generator Sales
Location: Delafield WI
Generator Supercenter Inc. is North Americas #1 Generac dealer and a rapidly growing provider of backup energy solutions. We provide high-quality models have factory certified technicians for repairs and maintenance and offer turnkey installations. Our employees have extensive training to provide a professional experience every step of the way.
- Prospect qualify and close new residential and small commercial backup generator sales from incoming leads
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of backup generator systems
- Visit customer locations analyze needs and build detailed proposals
- Negotiate and close sales
- Process orders and turn in complete documentation to office staff
- Spend time managing displays at big box stores and taking leads
- Follow up on older leads within the company CRM
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Report to the office and make outbound calls to set appointments
- Maintain CRM records track leads and report progress to management
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 1 years of proven in-person sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of backup generator systems (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal negotiation and closing skills
- Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and site assessments
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently
- Proficient with CRM platforms Apple/iOS products (iPhones & iPads) and sales proposal tools
- Must have a valid drivers license good driving record and pass a background check
