We are currently seeking a Middle HR Manager with 2 years of experience to join our team and contribute to creating an engaging supportive and growth-oriented workplace environment.
Role Description
You will be a key member of our HR team responsible for driving HR processes and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience supporting professional development and maintaining a strong company culture.
Your role will include managing day-to-day HR operations collaborating with project and team managers and helping ensure LaSoft remains a place where people feel valued and inspired.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and continuously improve HR processes (onboarding adaptation performance reviews development transfers and offboarding)
- Support and advise project managers and team leads on people-related matters
- Coordinate internal educational and development programs
- Develop and update HR policies documentation and internal communication
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives internal events and feedback collection
- Monitor job satisfaction (one-on-one meetings) and proactively suggest improvements
- Participate in HR projects related to culture development and process optimization
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of experience in HR (HR Generalist People Partner or similar role)
- Understanding of HR processes and best practices in IT or service companies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with genuine care for people and business outcomes
- Proactive approach and ability to implement improvement ideas
- Responsible and organized with strong attention to detail
- Team player with a positive solutions-oriented mindset
- Upper-Intermediate English (nice to have)
