Job Summary

Make an impact by
- Responsible for spectrum management and frequency coordination of existing and new Singtels satellite orbital slot in accordance with the ITU Radio Regulations.
- Evaluate & propose solution for technical operational parameters in frequency coordination meetings with affected administrations in accordance with ITU RR.
- To drive Singtels interest on space-related agenda in local study group regional and World Radiocommunication Conference.
- Responsible for capacity sourcing planning optimization testing and coordination between customers and satellite operators.
- To manage frequency assignment on owned or leased satellites capacity.
- To monitor monthly traffic expense and generate utilization reports for Singtel and 3rd partys space capacity.
- Perform assessment of satellite footprint performance and satellite capacity procurement from 3rd party satellite operators.
- Provide recommendation of satellite capacity for pre-sales solution submission.
- Provide recommendations and follow-up actions with vendor.
Skills for success
- An Engineering degree in communications or equivalent.
- Experience in project management satellite operation and ITU frequency coordination.
- Experience in IMDA frequency regulatory and satellite technology.
- Certified Project Management Professional preferred.
- Have self-initiative to perform assigned tasks.
- Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel overseas.
