Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. Your primary mission will be to amplify our brands digital presence and generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality business loan leads through innovative social media strategies. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives on data creativity and driving measurable business growth in the B2B financial space.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop execute and optimize multi-channel social media strategies with a strong focus on paid advertising (Meta Ads) and organic growth.
  • Create and manage a dynamic content calendar that aligns with our product launches market trends and key business objectives in the commercial lending sector.
  • Oversee day-to-day community management fostering meaningful engagement and building a trusted online reputation.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
  • Design and manage end-to-end social media campaigns specifically engineered to attract engage and convert Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) owners.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria and ensure a seamless handoff of marketing-generated leads.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead volume quality and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
CRM Integration & Data Analysis
  • Manage our CRM system to ensure all leads are accurately tracked segmented and nurtured through automated workflows.
  • Integrate social media efforts with our email marketing and sales processes to create a unified customer journey.
  • Analyze campaign data and customer insights to refine audience targeting ad copy and overall strategy for maximum conversion.
Creative Development & Brand Stewardship
  • Conceptualize and produce high-impact compliant marketing assetsincluding static ads short-form videos infographics and case studiesthat resonate with a business audience.
  • Uphold and evolve our brands tone of voice ensuring all communication is professional clear and builds confidence in our services.
Reporting Testing & Optimization
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports on key metrics such as campaign ROI lead conversion rates engagement and website traffic.
  • Proactively conduct A/B tests on ad creative landing pages and audience segments to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance cost efficiency.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a portfolio demonstrating success in B2B lead generation preferably in financial services fintech or a related industry.
  • Mandatory hands-on expertise in managing Meta Business Suite including Facebook and Instagram Ads.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) for lead management and tracking.
  • Solid experience with digital marketing tools for analytics scheduling and design (e.g. Google Analytics Canva Asana).
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex financial products into compelling easy-to-understand content.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret campaign results and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with LinkedIn Advertising is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge of the SME lending landscape or business finance.
  • Experience with video editing and creating performance-driven video content.
