Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Review file and organize 3rd Party Consultant Field Reports
  • Author and publish all weekly meetings pre-activity meetings and special topic meetings.
  • Run reports from ACC Build
  • Tracking inspection requests and deficiencies in ACC Build
  • Closing all test/inspection requests with the documentation of that inspection.
  • Keep up with the required QAQC logs
  • Manage geotechnical reports and site photo documentation
  • Ensure accurate close-out documentation
  • Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree and/or certification a plus
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong word processing and Excel skills; ability to prepare spreadsheets graphs and charts and presentation materials
  • An aptitude for learning new software applications
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor
