Job Summary
Were looking for a Risk and Compliance Analyst to join the CCD Risk Management this role you will be responsible for supporting the Risk and Compliance team with key initiatives that enhance risk and compliance management and oversight across CCD including enhancement of governance reporting procedures and guidance.
Day to day youll be responsible for:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect analyse and interpret key risk safety and operational data to identify trends anomalies and improvement opportunities across CCD and develop monthly governance reporting across the Regional and National levels.
- Risk and Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and control testing to ensure compliance with policies standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement - Systems: Engage with data analytics and technology teams on enhancements and automation of reporting.
- Continuous Improvement - Processes: Supporting the development implementation maintenance and review of various policies procedures and guidance in place to manage key risks and compliance obligations across CCD.
- People Protecting People: Promoting a culture of People Protecting People and proactive risk and compliance management across all CCD Teams.

You will have:
- Great attention to detail and strong critical thinking
- Confidence working with data to spot trends and share insights
- Experience using tools like Excel Power BI or similar
- Clear communication skills for reporting and working with stakeholders
