About the Role
Workingwith a team of technicalSMEsin our SiteApplicationsteamyou willoperateina technicalcapacitysupportinga portfolio of160Commercial Off the Shelf software productsdeployedacross both IT and OT at WA Iron Ore through sub-portfolios to learn the whole portfolio over time you willparticipateintheday to dayoperation of the systemsworkingalongsideexperiencedSMEsto build your technicalexperience.
In this role your key accountabilities will include:
- Performbreak fix tasksrequest fulfillmentreactive andpreventative maintenance lifecycleupgradesand enhancementsto existingCOTSproducts
- Contribute to the ServiceNow Knowledge base
- MaintainCMDB records
- Workbothautonomouslyandin groups and prioritise work accordingly
- Provide inputinto plans tostandardise andoptimise operationaland technicalpractices
- Contribute to automation of tools and processes to continuously improve both reactive and proactive activities
- Identifyand actionopportunities forconsolidationsimplification andincreasedoperational excellence
- Engagewithinternal and external stakeholders
- Strive to achieve 100% safety 100% customer value and 0% waste
About You
- 1-3yearsexperienceinIT Support
- Understanding ofITILServiceManagementpractices(Incident Request Change CMDB)using tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Demonstrated experienceworking collaboratively inateamof technicalresources
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across relevant stakeholders to provide quick andaccurateresponses to all queries and relevant support asrequired
- Tertiaryqualifications in Information Technology
