Lead & Inspire: Be a visible engaged leader who motivates and develops high-performing teams across multiple sites.
Operational Excellence: Ensure our locations run at peak efficiencymaintaining top-tier standards in safety quality and service.
Coach & Develop: Mentor location managers and team members fostering growth and preparing the next generation of leaders.
Drive Performance: Analyze KPIs identify opportunities and implement action plans that deliver measurable results.
Customer Experience: Champion our servants-heartculture making sure every customer interaction reflects the ClearWater standard.
Lead by Example: Model professionalism work ethic and enthusiasm every single day.
What Were Looking For
Proven leadership experience in multi-site management preferably in retail service or operations.
Strong ability to coach motivate and hold teams accountable while building trust.
A roll-up-your-sleeves mentalityyoure on the ground not in the ivory tower.
Excellent problem-solving organizational and communication skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
