Job Title: Behavior Assistant Special Education (SPED)
Location: Ashburn VA 20148
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30 AM 3:30 PM (30-minute meal break)
Contract Duration: 31 Weeks
Pay Rate: $26/hour

Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Behavior Assistant (SPED) to support students with special needs across multiple schools in Ashburn VA. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans assisting with classroom management collecting behavioral data and promoting a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Support students with special needs through individualized behavioral and academic goals.
Implement behavior intervention plans and reinforce appropriate behaviors.
Assist teachers with classroom management and data collection.
Travel between assigned schools as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or higher preferred).
Experience with students with disabilities or behavioral needs required.
RBT certification or behavioral training preferred.
Strong communication flexibility and teamwork skills.
