This is a hands-on leadership role where youll oversee daily janitorial activities act as the primary point of contact for our client and inspire a team of custodians to deliver top-tier service.

Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm occasional nights and weekends required as needed.

Operational Oversight

• Manage daily cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed to standard
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs

Client Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client addressing concerns and requests promptly
• Provide regular updates and reports to the client on service performance
• Collaborate with client representatives to align cleaning services with expectations

Team Leadership

• Recruit onboard and train janitorial staff on cleaning procedures safety protocols and company policies
• Lead by exampleactively participate in cleaning tasks when needed
• Schedule shifts manage time-off requests and ensure adequate coverage
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback
• Foster a positive respectful and productive team environment

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Implement and enforce health safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain documentation for inspections training and incident reports
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements

What Youll Need:

• Minimum of (2) years supervisory or team lead experience.
• Minimum of (3) years of experience in Janitorial or facilities management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Teams Outlook Excel).
• Strong understanding of commercial cleaning techniques equipment and chemicals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning including OSHA standards.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and client expectations.
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Valid RealID
