About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Data Analyst to anchor the Strategy & Insights function. Youll be at the intersection of data science business strategy and cross-functional executionplaying a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decisions across the company.
You will lead the development of high-quality analytics performance measurement frameworks and decision-support systems for leadership and strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility to the leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders across product finance growth and risk.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Economics Statistics Mathematics or similar quantitative fields. Preference for top-tier institutions (e.g. IITs BITS NITs).
- Experience: MUST HAVE: At least 12 years of experience in analytics or data-driven roles with emphasis on problem-solving ideally within a corporate setting such as financial institutions or a consulting environment.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced SQL skills; proficiency in Python/R for data analysis is a plus.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker Metabase).
- Familiarity with statistical modelling and forecasting techniques is a bonus.
- Mindset & Soft Skills:
- Data-first thinker with a passion for uncovering insights through rigorous analysis.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for translating data into strategic narratives.
- High ownership bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Performance Monitoring & Insights
Design and manage real-time dashboards conduct root-cause analyses and define KPIs to track performance across business lines and new initiatives. Support the Executive team with presentations as and when needed.
2. Cross-Functional Analytics Execution
Support analytics workstreams on strategic projects turning complex data into clear executive-ready narratives and actionable recommendations.
3. Decision Support for Leadership
Provide analytical support for leadership decisions quarterly reviews and board presentations with sharp insight-driven storytelling.
4. Market & Customer Intelligence
Perform deep dives into customer segments market trends and competitors to guide product market and operational strategies.
