Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Customer Engagement Learning Manager IC who is strategic collaborative and forward-thinking to join us in our Intercontinental Learning team based in our Brussels office in Belgium or Slough UK.
About the role
You will be working in a team that drives regional learning strategy and capability building across Intercontinental markets. Your role will focus on planning executing and aligning learning initiatives with business priorities supporting talent development and customer engagement excellence.
Who youll work with
You will collaborate with the Head of Learning and work closely with stakeholders across European and Intercontinental markets. Youll be part of the Patient Impact and Patient Evidence Learning Organisation co-creating solutions with global regional and local partners.
What youll do
Plan and execute regional learning and capability projects across Intercontinental market
Align learning priorities with business strategy and post-launch milestones
Build trust with senior leaders and influence capability decisions
Anticipate future skill gaps and develop innovative learning solutions
Support leadership succession and talent acceleration across regions
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and co-create executable learning plans
Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills
Bachelors degree is required
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with project management focus Agile methodology approach is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
Experience in coordinating learning programs across multiple countries
Proficiency in digital learning tools and blended learning approaches
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
