Our client a respected award-winning independent Estate Agency in Wimbledon Village is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their high-performing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and personable property professional with a proven track record in residential sales who is keen to develop their career in a successful and supportive environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
• Generating market appraisals and assisting with valuations
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers
• Achieving personal and branch sales targets
• Contributing to business growth through local networking and prospecting

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Excellent communication negotiation and persuasion skills
• Confident proactive and target-driven approach
• Valuing and listing experience advantageous
• Knowledge of Wimbledon and surrounding areas desirable
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
• Professional self-motivated and well-presented
