In this key role you will bridge the gap between technical execution and team leadership ensuring high-quality software development while fostering a collaborative and high performing team culture.
What Youll Do
- Lead and inspire an agile engineering team driving the development testing and maintenance of our ERM platform.
- Champion technical excellence through code and architecture reviews promoting best practices across the team.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and deliver the technical roadmap.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges providing hands-on coding support when needed.
- Drive the adoption of modern tools technologies and development practices to continuously improve team performance.
- Mentor and coach team members fostering growth in both technical skills and agile delivery.
- Manage workload distribution and resolve team roadblocks.
- Set clear performance goals and development plans to help your team reach their full potential.
What Youll Bring
- Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- 5 years experience building commercial SaaS products using Java Spring Framework ReactJS and PostgreSQL (or similar databases).
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience managing agile software teams and delivering complex projects.
- Proven expertise in system design architecture microservices development and hands-on coding.
- Strong experience with AWS services REST API development CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Skilled in client-facing solution delivery and developing integration solutions for enterprise systems.
- Proficient with Git (Bitbucket preferred) and familiar with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace.
- Experience designing or integrating AI-driven features using Spring AI AWS Bedrock or LLMs (desirable).
