Location: South End Charlotte NC
An established high-energy Mexican restaurant & bar in Charlottes South End is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead daily operations. This is an opportunity to shape culture elevate standards and grow sales at a vibrant neighborhood-focused concept.

What Youll Do
As GM youll own day-to-day execution and team leadership raising the bar on service quality and efficiency while driving sustainable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead front- and back-of-house operations with a visible hands-on presence
- Hire train coach and retain a high-performing team; build bench strength
- Uphold standards for food quality speed cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Oversee the bar program (service standards inventory ordering cost controls)
- Manage scheduling labor and vendor relationships; track KPIs and budgets
- Partner with ownership on initiatives to increase weekly sales and reviews
- Foster a culture of accountability teamwork and positive morale
What Were Looking For
- 3 years in a GM or AGM role within casual or fast-casual full-service concepts
- Proven track record improving operations guest experience and sales performance
- Bar program oversight experience required (service standards controls)
- Reliable tenure and professional maturity; strong floor presence and follow-through
- Comfortable in a fast-paced high-visibility urban setting; Charlotte market familiarity is a plus
What We Offer
- Base Salary: $75000$80000 benefits
- Bonus: Up to $10000 (performance-based)
