Access Aged Care is Australias leading provider of telehealth supported Aged Care. We focus on improving the health and wellbeing of older Australians through compassionate care supported by modern clinical practice.
We are growing and now need a dedicated Nurse to join our Umina team. This role suits an RN or EN with strong Aged Care or Agency experience who can stay organised think critically and manage a busy environment with confidence. This is an onsite only position. All shifts are worked at the residential aged care facility.

What You Will Do
- Work onsite as the Access Aged Care Nurse in partnership with RACF teams
- Facilitate GP rounds both in person and via telehealth and ensure timely continuity of care
- Prepare organise and triage referrals to support efficient clinical decision making
- Complete bedside assessments and clinical reviews
- Act as a communication link between RACFs GPs and families
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Build trusted relationships with residents families and facility partners
- Use your clinical knowledge and confidence with technology to support quality outcomes

What You Will Bring
- Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA registration
- 2 years experience post graduation
- Aged Care or Agency experience is highly desirable
- Strong organisation problem solving and communication skills
- Confident use of technology and accurate clinical documentation
- A drivers licence and reliable vehicle
