As the global market leader in our low-voltage/telecommunications infrastructure space CommScope is seeking an upbeat Account Manager to join a highly successful results-oriented team.

This role is predominantly customer-facing and is responsible for positioning and selling a portfolio of premium low-voltage copper/fiber infrastructure solutions as well as In-Building Wireless and Distributed Antenna Systems at the end-user decision-maker level. This role is based in Houston TX.

This role is predominantly customer-facing and is responsible for positioning and selling a portfolio of premium low-voltage copper/fiber infrastructure solutions as well as In-Building Wireless and Distributed Antenna Systems at the end-user decision-maker level.

Here you will provide outstanding customer service by understanding customers and specific business units and by delivering products services and solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Five or more years of account management sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Ability to strategically run large enterprise accounts and grow the territory.
  • Experience in the telecom industry and in the data center industry
  • Expert ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills willing to act with professional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the Houston market for tradeshows customer meetings industry events etc.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants skill sets years of experience training education geography and other business needs. Depending on experience the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is ($Minimum) to ($Midpoint).

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision plans life and accidental death insurance a 401(k) plan and participation in the Companys Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year paid vacation (prorated based on start date) as well as other leave options.
