Bestica is seeking aMedical Assistantto provide service at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and associated Branch Health Clinics (BHCs) and TRICARE Prime Clinics in the Virginia region.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

Possess a high school diploma or GED certificate.
Be a graduate from a medical assistant training program accredited by Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) OR the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) of the American Medical Technologists OR a formal medical services training program of the United States Armed Forces OR other formal program approved by the MTF.
All Medical Assistants: Possess a minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant within the last 3 years.
