We specialize in medically supervised weight loss IV therapy and regenerative medicine. Our mission is to empower individuals on their journey to a healthier happier life with personalized treatments and expert care.

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive wellness-focused environment and enjoys working with patients on their health journey.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients; assist with scheduling and basic front desk tasks.
Take and record vital signs weight and patient history
Prepare patients for provider consultations and treatments
Administer injections (e.g. B12 lipotropic) as directed
Educate patients on wellness programs and treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
Ensure the cleanliness of exam rooms and the proper inventory of supplies
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Medical Assistant certification (preferred but not required)

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST
