Job Summary
We are one of the largest dedicated Behavioral Hospitals in the Central Valley!
We are looking to add a Medical Director to our team. The leadership has formulated a 7on/7off model for the new incoming Medical Director. Our hospital is a dedicated Psych Acute Care Hospital located in central Bakersfield CA.
Some highlights include:
- 90 Beds-All inpatient Adult and Child/Adolescent Hospital with an Outpatient Program in Place. Units are broken down into: Adult High and Low Acuity Voluntary Unit Adolescent and Child.
- All H/Ps are done by a local Primary Care Group. We have introduced Tele-Health to assist with increased patient flow.
- Call is shared with the team of providers on-site.
- Dedicated Time for Administrative Time. The new Medical Director will work with the CEO and CNO.
- Provider will be able to leave the campus if needed but must be available via phone up until 5pm.
Compensation:
Base Salary with stipend and full benefits. None of our compensation is an at risk model. You will have a full base salary that is reflected in the scope of work.
