Job Summary
Responsibilities
Collaborative Legal Support Work as part of the Legal & Privacy team which provides integrated legal and privacy advice to all areas of the company.
Regulatory Monitoring Proactively identify and assess relevant regulatory and legal developments affecting the companys operations across the EU.
Contract Review & Negotiation Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with clients suppliers and partners.
Intellectual Property Advisory Advise on IP protection and usage ensuring compliance with third-party rights and safeguarding the companys assets and innovation.
Privacy & Data Protection Assess and advise on privacy and data protection requirements for internal initiatives and external partnerships
Compliance Documentation Support the creation and maintenance of legal and privacy documentation to meet applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
Must Have:
- Law degree from an accredited university.
- 13 years of professional experience as an in-house legal advisor or in a law firm/private practice.
- Proven experience in contract law intellectual property and privacy & data protection.
- Experience working in an international business environment.
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Professional proficiency in English both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
- German language skills (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a similar role within a technology or software company.
- Familiarity with legal tech and other tools
