Your Role

We are looking for a brilliant and passionateSubsidiary Finance Trainee to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym this role you will provide active support to the department short and long term objectives while acquiring professional competences related to financial planning and control business analysis and data-driven decision support while developing a strong understanding of Technogyms global operations.

Your Impact

• Contribute to the analysis of actual financial results and forecasts across Technogym subsidiaries
• Participate in reporting activities related to monthly closing forecasting and budgeting cycles
• Support the development and maintenance of performance dashboards KPI monitoring and variance analysis
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic decisions and business initiatives
• Collaborate with international subsidiaries to ensure alignment with HQ financial processes and policies
• Assist in financial benchmarking activities and provide updates on macroeconomic developments key business trends and strategic insights
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling tools and methodologies

About You

Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

• Degree and/or Master in Economics Finance or related field
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Familiarity with financial statements treasury concepts and controlling principles
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Attitude towards time and project management with ability to handle multiple priorities
• Business partnership mindset
• Good relationship and communication skills
• Previous internship experience is considered an advantage
