Millennium Physicians is seeking a Front Office Associate with at least 1 year of experience working in a healthcare front desk role preferably in Primary Care to join our dynamic medical team in Fort Myers.

As the first point of contact for our patients youll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is a quick learner and brings a team-first attitude to everything they do.

What Youll Bring:

Minimum 1 year of front desk experience in a healthcare setting
Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
A warm professional demeanor and strong communication skills
