PwCs Business Support team plays an integral part of the Internal Firm Services framework working closely with Partners and wider teams to provide high level administrative support clientsupportand project coordination whilst enabling our people and teams to perform to the highest standard.

You will be at the heartbeat of our operations in our Risk Services and Consulting practice inPōneke/ Wellingtonsupporting multiple partners and wider teams in a fast-paced ever-evolving role. We are on the lookout for a proactive and confident individual who is eager to make a tangible this high-detail environmentyoullbe the go-to person keeping the ship sailing smoothly and ensuring seamless collaboration with partners and senior stakeholders.   • Supporting multiple Partners with extensive diary management travelcoordinationand expense processing.

  • Providinga high levelof strategic and administrative support to partners and wider teams (40 employees).

  • Planning and coordinating high level client and internal meetings including room bookings video conference support and catering requirements.

  • Event management and coordination for local and national events - working closely with our Markets team.

  • Coordinating document production through the Document Specialist Team ensuring that our presentation is of the highest quality and adhering to PwC brand standards.

  • Project coordinationsupport withclient engagement for sector teams and priority clients.

  • Guiding and up-skilling ourteams withusing multiple internal systems and supporting best practice.

Ngāpūkengakeiakoe/ Skills and experience

  • Successful candidates will be highly motivated provide outstanding client servicedeliveryand be able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively.

  • 3-5 yearsof Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience preferably within a professional services environment or similar.

  • Proactive inbox management with effectiveprioritisationand follow-up.

  • Strong diary management meeting coordination andcorrespondenceskills.

  • Strong initiative a great attitude proactive mindset with a collaborative approach

  • Experience supportingmultiplepartners or senior stakeholders in an operational business environment with the ability to understand and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Highlyorganisedand resilient with an ability to effectively plan andprioritisemultiple tasks and manage time to meet deadlines in a changing environment.

  • Strong ability toutilisethe Microsoft Office suite and ideally have exposure to other systems such asSalesForceFlexipurchaseand Workday.

  • A strong command of written and spoken English along with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to learn and understand new systems quickly.
