Job Summary

Your Career

The Program Manager is a global role responsible for helping with the day-to-day elements of our award-winning  Partner Program including working globally and cross-functionally to strengthen program efficiency and channel scale through frictionless selling initiatives. This role reports to the Channel Program Director and will support all Ecosystems Routes to Market requiring a broad array of skills including go-to-market strategy program and incentive design and project management.

Your Impact

Work closely with our Ecosystems Partner Programs team to develop and architect our partner program strategy and ongoing transformation. Combine your core strategy toolkit (framing/structure hypothesis-driven approach data-driven insight best practices etc.) with business judgment to directly lead and deliver major initiatives.

 

 

  • Apply first-principles thinking to deconstruct complex problems and design pragmatic high-impact solutions that advance business priorities

  • Synthesize diverse data sources into actionable insights that enable clear confident decision-making at all levels of the organization

  • Deliver concise compelling materials for executive audiences including business cases and strategic plans that drive measurable outcomes

  • Partner across functions to align on priorities influence stakeholders without direct authority and accelerate initiatives with urgency and precision

  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement pushing boundaries with a bias for action while staying anchored in business objectives

  • Drive AI-enabled initiatives to streamline processes increase efficiency and unlock new sources of value

  • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects owning timelines mitigating risks and ensuring results with visibility and accountability

 


Qualifications :

Your Experience 

  • 8 years of professional experience. 4 years in top-tier management consulting a plus

  • Advanced analytical quantitative and modeling expertise with a proven ability to distill complex datasets and business dynamics into clear actionable insights for executive decision-making

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a track record of influencing and aligning senior leadership on complex business and technical issues

  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives driving cross-functional change and managing programs that deliver measurable business impact

  • Both a collaborative leader and an independent thinker; a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced high-growth environments and can set direction with minimal guidance

  • Experience in the Enterprise Technology sector is a plus but not required

  • MBA or an advanced degree in a quantitative or technical field 

  • Experience with data analysis & visualization tools (e.g. SQL Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $158k-236k/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
