This role is hybrid based in either San Francisco or Seattle and is a six-month contract. The People Specialist Manager Enablement plays a key role in supporting managers and People Partners through program management process improvement and resource development. The focus is on operational excellence manager development and scaling people systems during a period of rapid growth.

People Ops project execution

Documentation communication and enablement
Key Responsibilities:
Design and operationalize scalable manager enablement processes
Maintain and improve manager resources and documentation
Partner with People Partners Leadership Design and People Ops teams
Manage cross-functional HR initiatives and special projects
Support personnel investigations and compile detailed documentation
Drive tracking and reporting on enablement initiatives
Qualifications :
- 35 years in HR People Operations or Recruiting Coordination
- Proven project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Familiar with HRIS tools and systems (Workday BambooHR etc.)
- Exposure to L&D or organizational development a plus
Traits:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
Exercises strong judgment and discretion
Tech-savvy and process-driven
Naturally curious about organizational development
Comfortable with ambiguity and scaling environments
Bonus Experience:
Background in tech or AI companies
