Executive Coordinator Tender & Implementation Enablement German Speaker (mfd)

We are looking for a proactive and structured Executive Coordinator Tender & Implementation Enablement (m/f/d) to join our Sales Enablement this role you will take ownership of managing national and international tender and implementation projects acting as a key interface within the corporate sales division. You will coordinate across departments ensure smooth project execution and contribute to the continuous optimization of our internal processes. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You manage national and international tender and implementation projects including project planning execution and performance tracking
• You take ownership of operational project tasks in close collaboration with your tandem partner in Berlin
• You create high-quality tailored proposal presentations and professional tender and implementation materials
• You act as a key interface between departments such as B2B Pricing Account Management Customer Service and Travel Sales to ensure seamless coordination
• You track project results identify optimization opportunities and implement effective measures to drive continuous improvement

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education & Experience  You hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field or have completed vocational training in tourism or office management. Initial experience in project management process management or sales and are eager to develop your expertise further

• Organization & Structure  You work analytically structured and solution-oriented even when things get complex

• Communication & Teamwork You are confident communicative and enjoy collaborating with international teams

• Languages & Tools You are fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus. Youre also comfortable working with MS Office and have an eye for detail when managing data and documents

• Personality & Drive  You are proactive quick to understand new concepts and motivated to make things happen
