Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and visionary Lead Product Manager Fleet (m/f/d) to join our global mobility team at SIXT. You will lead a talented tech team to automate and optimize key fleet processes turning manual workflows into scalable digital solutions. With a hands-on mindset you collaborate closely with local fleet teams dive deep into data to uncover insights and craft intuitive user experiences across the full vehicle lifecycle from acquisition to de-fleeting.
In this role you will manage the key engineering team in the Fleet with a clear path to grow into a leadership position over the entire 3-team division. This is your opportunity to make a measurable impact on SIXTs profitability and shape the future of mobility.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You define and execute the product vision and strategy for SIXTs fleet technology ensuring scalable data-driven solutions.
- You drive the digital transformation of vehicle lifecycle processes from purchasing and in-fleeting to de-fleeting optimizing operational efficiency.
- You partner closely with fleet and operations teams to identify pain points gather user insights and deliver impactful solutions.
- You lead and mentor multiple product teams fostering collaboration innovation and alignment with business goals.
- You analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable improvements that boost global fleet KPIs.
- You act as a key driver of change inspiring teams with a clear mission to create superior user experiences and tangible business results.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You bring 5 years of product management experience in an agile environment ideally in mobility SaaS or complex operational contexts.
- You are data-driven strategic and analytical confident in making decisions backed by insights and measurable outcomes.
- You have strong leadership and communication skills enabling alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- You possess hands-on experience with Product Information Management or Inventory Management SaaS and understand end-to-end operational processes.
- You thrive in dynamic environments with an entrepreneurial mindset and structured approach.
- You speak fluent English; German is a plus.
