File Management Support Officers (FMSOs)are part of File Management Transcription Services (FM&T) and are part of a nationally centralised group which supports a number of key elements within the case management process our frontline staff and also provides key services to victims.

Shift work details:
Our centres in Kāpiti operates 24/7 on a six on four off rosterincluding night shifts.The roster pattern is two early shifts two late shifts two night shifts followed by four days off.
