Join us as a Business Support Administrator and put yourself at the centre of the action enabling our teams to deliver work for customers safely on time on budget and to an exceptional standard of this fixed term role you will be the go-to person for internal and external customer service documentation administration recordkeeping reporting and the effective use of information management systems consistently role-modelling our values in everything you do.
In this highly visible and impactful position you will provide professional administrative and project coordination that keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly frees up others to focus on technical delivery and empowers project teams to achieve high-quality timely outcomes for stakeholdersensuring the office runs efficiently communication is clear and seamless and project objectives are not only met but consistently exceeded.
In addition to the above you will:
Provide office and administrative support including preparing documents managing records handling calls backing up reception and assisting with accounts payable and receivable
Assist with project planning scheduling and maintaining project programmes ensuring timeframes and milestones are clear and well coordinated
Work with the Finance Manager to improve processes and ways of working and remain flexible to take on extra tasks and projects that support team performance and business outcomes

Were looking for someone with:
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint) for documents reporting and information management
Clear and professional communicator both verbally and in writing with internal and external customers
Administration experience in a civil contracting or similar project-based environment supporting project and operational work
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to produce accurate records reports and documentation
Willing to learn grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to the team
