Job Summary

As a data scientist (AI/ML Engineer) you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to support our finance and ERP systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including finance IT and business analysts to automate processes optimize data workflows and create predictive models that improve financial reporting forecasting and decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the scalability reliability and accuracy of our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

AI/ML Model Development: Design develop and deploy AI/ML models to automate financial processes enhance reporting capabilities and optimize ERP systems.

Automation: Implement intelligent automation solutions to streamline finance-related workflows such as transaction processing reconciliations financial forecasting and auditing.

Data Integration: Work with data engineers to integrate financial data from various sources (ERP CRM etc.) and ensure seamless flow of data into machine learning models.

Predictive Analytics: Build predictive models for financial forecasting cash flow prediction anomaly detection and trend analysis to assist in strategic decision-making.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities within the ERP system for process automation and optimization utilizing AI/ML techniques for improved financial performance.

Collaboration: Collaborate with finance accounting and business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Model Evaluation: Continuously monitor the performance of AI/ML models and refine them for accuracy efficiency and scalability.

Documentation & Reporting: Create clear documentation for models data pipelines and algorithms and report on the impact of AI/ML solutions to leadership.

Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI/ML technologies and finance automation bringing innovative ideas to the table for process improvement.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or related field.

Experience:

3 years of experience in AI/ML with at least 2 years of experience working on finance or ERP systems.

Technical Skills:

Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn).
Proficiency in programming languages (Python R SQL etc.).
Experience in data preprocessing feature engineering and model tuning.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and data storage technologies (e.g. SQL NoSQL data lakes).
Experience with AI-driven process automation and robotics (RPA) tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
