Job Summary
- Manage a portfolio of longtail (SMB) accounts ensuring alignment with company goals and tracking progress towards objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the quality of our vendors offerings and services.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address various vendor-related challenges and situations.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts to facilitate goal achievement and monitor performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for improving vendor quality and performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration English or another related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs Sheet Slide).
- Experience in active deals and promotion is a plus.
- Experience in a related role preferably within the e-commerce sector.
