- Ensure proper implementation of business requirements identify outstanding compliance issues and gather information for compliance analysis.
- Under direct supervision of management or mentor administers compliance for routine regulatory requirements and reporting
- May assist with process redesign coordination of remediation efforts and surfacing gaps between written procedures and staff execution
- Works closely with direct supervisor in the development of the labor law requirement
- Provide support to regulatory compliance team is supporting audit responses to the Government
- Supporting and Tracking Risk Assessment
- Works on employees insurance by understanding the National Social security fund requirement and Private insurance.
- Compliance Administration headquarters / expansions / New Verticals
- Insurance Management Private Insurance / NSSF
- Take part of project management such as town hall team building celebrations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Marketing Business Administration or another related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs Sheet Slide) experiences using Canva or Cap cut or another tool is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR recruitment or marketing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
