Tasks
- Assist in the procurement of agricultural and construction machinery parts ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Maintain and update purchasing records and vendor databases supporting efficient supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms aiming to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and products that align with company objectives and sustainability values.
- Support the purchasing team in preparing reports and analyses on purchasing activities contributing to strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
