Job Summary

The VP of Enterprise Sales will report to the Managing Director India and be responsible for overseeing the P&L for the enterprise business as well as driving growth in the manufacturing retail and distribution sectors.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region for Enterprise including Manufacturing Retail and Distribution business.
  • Build and drive sales strategy for the region in conjunction with Sales Operations to effectively Go-To-Market including understanding the competitive landscape presence and strength within the region.n
  • Actively engage in territory planning relationship development and opportunity development and driving revenue by supporting and assisting Field Sales Teams in closing opportunitie.s
  • Recruit coach and mentor team members to drive excellence
  • Development of territories and quotas for the sales team and effectively communicate to set performance expectations within the team
  • Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business
  • Achievement of annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis is required
  • Engage and align effectively in C-level meetings to properly understand customer business requirements
  • Build effective working relationships with Solution Consulting Business Units Professional Services Marketing our Partner community and the ServiceNow executive team
  • Retain and grow the existing customer base with regular non-sales customer engagement activities to deliver an excellent customer experience

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Extensive sales leadership experience: recruiting and developing high performance teams selling into the customer service domain
  • Has a strong drive for results and ability to collaborate and influence in a Win as a team environment
  • Strong people management skills with a passion for coaching and developing others to their highest potential
  • Proven leadership skills inspiring people and building a business from start up to scale
  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills communicating and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels with in an organization.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management product marketing and product development.
  • The successful candidate will be adaptable and flexible able to work and thrive in a highly dynamic environment
  • A passion evangelizing our capabilities and success on social media and other outlets to build brand preference and recognition
  • A self-starter who will take the initiative to develop programs for enablement and growth
  • A high degree of passion energy drive and willingness to travel 50% of the time
  • International experience a plus
