- Receivables Management - Managing and controlling customer receivables responsible for acheivement of KPIs such as DSO Overdue % etc.
- Credit Management - Ensure credit limits are set as per the central directives or Management policies check customer credit worthiness and monitor credit limits to ensure nil bad debt
- Incentive Management - Ensure accurate and timely posting of all customer incentives and claims
- Business Partnering - Sales : Partner with cross functional team for driving sales growth such as customer profitability liquidity infusion for sales growth and enhanced customer experience through digital tools
- Business Partnering - Marketing : Partner with marketing team towards marketing policy development and effective utilization of budget.
- People Management : Mange and Build high performance team support in high quality delivery competency building soft skill development etc. .
- Statutory Compliances : Ensure statutory compliance and processes are followed as per the Indian Laws central directives etc. on timely basis.
- Process IT and Governance : Drive business process improvements inline with local global compliance requirements identify and execute the areas of automation to improve business efficiency. Ensure conduct of Detective Control in B2C areas Act as process expert for B2C and support S4 Hana implementation
Qualifications :
- Chartered Accountant/Cost and Management Accountant/MBA Finance.
- 10 years of post qualification experience in O2C management team handling digitalization SAP and GST.
- Experience in retail customer interaction
- knowledge on industry wide B2B processes.
- Proficient in articulation emotional Intelligence negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Competent in independent decision making analytical and strategic thinking.
- knowledge of financial accounting taxation reporting and processes.
