The In-Room Dining Supervisor ensures the seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences to guests in the comfort and privacy of their rooms. Overseeing the daily operations of the In-Room Dining team this role coordinates closely with the kitchen and service teams to provide timely accurate and personalized service. The In-Room Dining Supervisor upholds the highest standards of food and beverage quality presentation and guest service while maintaining adherence to brand expectations. With a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction maximizing revenue opportunities and fostering a culture of excellence this position plays a key role in upholding the hotels reputation for refined luxury and exceptional hospitality.
Qualifications :
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 23 years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations preferably in in-room dining banquet service or restaurant supervisory roles within a luxury hotel environment.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of food and beverage operations menu knowledge and service standards. Familiarity with luxury hotel practices and international brand requirements is an advantage.
Guest Service: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a guest-focused mindset the ability to anticipate needs and the skills to handle guest feedback or special requests effectively.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities to ensure smooth daily operations manage multiple priorities and meet service deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in food and beverage presentation adherence to brand standards and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in point-of-sale systems ordering platforms and guest service software; knowledge of in-room dining systems and processes is a plus.
