This is a hybrid role based in our Nottingham or London office reporting into our Managing Director of Consumer Services
Work that matters - What youll do
Own complex diary management for senior leaders and ensure seamless scheduling.
Prepare high quality reports and presentations for leadership and board meetings.
Use GenAI tools to capture meeting notes decisions and follow-up actions.
Organise team workshops All Hands events and engagement activities that inspire connection.
Lead our Great Place to Work agenda - team-building cultural celebrations wellness programmes and more.
Manage expense processing purchase orders and invoices with accuracy.
