Youll join a strong collaborative team based in Copenhagen working closely with clients product managers developers customer service and more. Youll quickly become an important part of our journey.
Your main role will be to support and resolve incoming customer requests ranging from minor issues to more complex challenges that require in-depth troubleshooting database analysis or user acceptance testing. Youll verify application changes or new builds before they go live.
What Youll Be Doing:
Provide technical support for our integrated solutions
Advise and assist customers with product integration
Support the Sales team with technical insights
Follow up on integration projects to ensure smooth completion
Participate in customer meetingsonline and when needed on-site
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients
Improve internal processes and documentation
Contribute to product development initiatives such as Proof of Concept (PoC) projects
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
A technical background ideally including:
Experience with web services (REST/JSON SOAP/XML etc.)
Knowledge of databases and proficiency in SQL
Comfort with navigating data structures and understanding API specifications
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply to both internal and external stakeholders
A diplomatic service-minded approach
Fluency in Danish and Englishboth written and spoken
