Student Connect Officer

• This position is similar to that of a call centre and includes providing front-line inquiry services to undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students delivering high-quality face-to-face and phone services.  
• As part of our front-line team take a high volume of phone calls each day alternating with taking face-to-face enquiresat the front counter and responding to emails. 

These positions are diverse fun and dynamic front line student interfacing roles.

About you  

• You are a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with exceptional customer service skills who has worked in a busy and fast paced customer service environment. 
• You have excellent communication skills a commitment to providing high-level customer service and the ability to multi-task and provide accurate advice in a busy environment. 
• You have good IT skills including Microsoft Office.  
• Experience working with students in a tertiary environment or a call centrewill be highly regarded but it is not compulsory!  

Salary & Benefits 

• This is a continuing HEW 4 level position with a base salary range $73623 - $77680 per annum 17% superannuation. You will primarily be based at the Griffith University Gold Coast campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations
