Job Summary

Lead transformation and resilience in healthcare services. 

As Manager Enterprise Projects & Initiatives youll drive strategic projects that enhance performance sustainability and procurement within the highly regulated Immigration Detention environment. 

Youll own the full project lifecycle embed enterprise-wide initiatives into business-as-usual and lead a team that delivers impact. Plus youll champion organisational resilience by managing business continuity function developing and testing plans that keep essential healthcare services running during disruptions. 

This is a high-impact leadership role with a dual focus: delivering change today and safeguarding readiness for tomorrow. 

Join us in bringing a new approach to medical and wellbeing care for detainees by:

  • Spearheading strategic and operational projects that transform services improving performance and ensuring sustainability.  
  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives and embedding them seamlessly into business-as-usual operations. 
  • Designing and implementing change management strategies that enable smooth transitions and minimise disruption while championing continuous improvement across clinical and operational processes in complex high-risk environments. 
  • Collaboration is keybuilding strong stakeholder relationships to align priorities foster accountability and promoting a culture of agility and innovation.  
  • Overseeing the Business Continuity function ensuring healthcare services remain resilient and compliant during times of disruption. 

Lets talk about you! 

Youll ideally hold a Bachelors degree in a related field and bring at least five years experience in project management or a similar discipline. Professional certifications such as PRINCE2 Agile Scrum Master or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) are highly regarded or you can demonstrate equivalent expertise. 

You know how to manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure with strong capabilities in governance reporting and stakeholder engagement. Youre confident in handling scope schedule and risk management while keeping projects on track and delivering results. 

Exposure to digital health transformation projects and an understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy requirements will set you apart. Youve successfully managed projects using contemporary methodologies such as Agile Waterfall PRINCE2 or PMBOK and youre familiar with change management frameworks that drive smooth transitions.
