Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role youll work closely with senior leaders across Australia and New Zealand to shape and deliver effective recruitment strategies. Youll be instrumental in elevating the Engeny and Egis brand in the market helping us attract and retain the exceptional talent that drives our success.
Were seeking someone with experience recruiting within the engineering sector ideally in an engineering consultancy environment who understands the complexity of technical roles and project-based teams.
In this role you will:
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and deliver tailored sourcing strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles across ANZ.
Provide expert advice on market insights workforce trends and best-practice recruitment.
Drive proactive talent pipelining and employer brand initiatives.
Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and external partners to ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
Support process improvement systems optimisation and recruitment reporting across the ANZ region.
Collaborate with the wider People & Capability team to deliver integrated workforce solutions.

Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment ideally within an in-house or RPO environment.
Experience recruiting within the engineering industry preferably in an engineering consultancy.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong business acumen and the ability to align recruitment activity with organisational goals.
Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing market mapping and workforce planning.
A collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
