Summary:
OAL is seeking an engaging energetic self-motivated team orientated individual with excellent clinical and communication skills to join our growing physical therapy team. You will be joining a team of experienced professionals who are recipients of the Edge Perception Apex Quality Award for their high level of patient satisfaction a direct result of providing personalized care to achieve excellent functional outcomes.
The Physical Therapist will independently evaluate determine treatment strategies deliver and/or delegate services that identify prevent remediate and rehabilitate acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain. This role encompasses evaluation skills and techniques analysis of patients and therapeutic application of physical and chemical agents exercise and other procedures to maximize the patients functional independence.
Schedule:
Staff may be required to work flexible schedules and participate in Saturday rotation.
Required education:
Degree from an accredited PT Program is required.
Required license or certification:
Current PA clinical license as a Physical Therapist
Preferred Education and Experience:
Skill and experience in:
appropriate evaluation and treatment of patients including hands-on procedures such as deep-tissue massage.
using physical therapy equipment by consistently using devices appropriately to improve patient health status.
Effectively maintaining equipment; successful completion of related competency testing.
