Job Summary
Job Title: Mental Health Therapist (Child and Adolescent)
Location: Cumming/Alpharetta GA

Mental Health Therapist Requirements:
- Masters (Required)
- LCSW LPC LMFT or Licensed Psychologist
- Full-time (27 minimum clinical hours)
- Must live within 45 minutes of Cumming/Alpharetta

Mental Health Therapist Compensation:
- $65000-$95000/year (combined salary incentives)
- **5K SIGN ON BONUS**
