Resilience to Organised Crime in Communities (ROCC) is a multi-agency approach supporting locally-led responses to organised crime. ROCC combines a community resilience prevention approach with targeted enforcement to simultaneously address the harms and drivers of organised crime.
This newly created Senior Advisor role provides a unique opportunity to strengthen the delivery and sustainability of the ROCC programme across multiple districts. The role is designed to provide flexible strategic and operational support where demand is highest ensuring continuity capability-building and consistent delivery across ROCC locations.
As a Senior Advisor you will work across Police government agencies iwi/hapū community providers and lived experience to coordinate and enable community-led solutions. You will also contribute to the development of strategic artefacts training mentoring and coaching to support the operationalisation of the ROCC approach.

NZ Citizen who has resided continuously in NZ for the last 10 years or:
A Permanent Resident who has resided continuously in NZ for the last 10 years or
A citizen of or has resided continuously in one or more of the following countries for the last 10 years: Australia Canada United Kingdom or United States of America and has a background that can be verified by the NZSIS.

Utu ā-tau Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between$115924 - $122776 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
