Were looking for a Business Development Representative who enjoys connecting with people and building lasting partnerships educating customers on our one-of-a-kind repair services and helping them solve real problems.
In the Field
- Manage your own territory in Chicagos North Side and nearby suburbs
- Complete an average of 15 appointments per day (quality leads provided)
- Build rapport assess repair opportunities and educate customers on services
- Follow up with calls texts and emails to maintain strong relationships
- Earn customer trust through excellent service and communication
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Research and pursue new customer opportunities
- Practice and refine sales scripts through coaching and role-play
- Track activity and progress in our CRM
- Report data accurately and plan weekly sales strategy
- Goal-oriented self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn
- Enjoys connecting with people and working in a team environment
- Professional caring and service-minded
- Ready to thrive in a metrics-based process-driven sales system
- Valid drivers license clean record and reliable transportation (mileage and parking reimbursement provided)
- Based in or near Chicago with daily travel around the North Side and nearby suburbs
- Strong communication skills bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
