Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager EMEA the Marketing Manager Benelux is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning coordination and execution of marketing tactics and campaigns leveraging both online and offline channels to drive demand generation and customer engagement.

This position is a 2 year temporary contract; its part of the Marketing team located in Tiel in the Netherlands and will be hybrid.

In this role a typical day will look like:

• Drive revenue by implementing campaign assets and strategies across both digital and traditional marketing channels leveraging marketing leads and digital commerce opportunities.

• Develop and refine communication strategies and marketing materials based on market insights optimizing channels to effectively engage and convert target audiences.

• Oversee multi-channel marketing efforts across Web Social Media PPC/SEO PR Email Sales Enablement and Digital Advertising ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns

• Engage in continual results tracking all the way through the marketing and sales funnel from early engagement indicators (e.g. Clicks) and top-of-the-sales-funnel indicators (e.g. lead creation conversion rate) to actual sale.

• Occasionally manage local tradeshows and customer events.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors degree and 3 years of relevant experience in marketing communications public relations and/or advertising or an equivalent combination of education/experience.

• Fluent in Dutch and English both verbally and written

• Experience in marketing channel management including managing social and web channels.

• International marketing experience in a B2B environment or advertising agency account service experience with B2B clients preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% for example for fairs/ events
