- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for tool usage and enhancements.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current processes and workflows recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using ALM/Octane.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users ensuring they are proficient in using ALM/Octane tools for their project and testing needs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within ALM/Octane to provide insights into project and testing progress.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers QA teams and IT staff to ensure alignment of tool capabilities with business objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that ALM/Octane configurations and processes adhere to quality standards and best practices.
