What Youll Be Doing (The Mission):

Were looking for a performance focused PPC Manager to take ownership of our clients paid media campaigns across the most critical platforms. Your mission is to drive scalable data-driven performance and ensure the most modern solutions utilized.

Platform Mastery: Full lifecycle management (strategy setup optimization scaling) of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Google (Search Display YouTube) and TikTok advertising campaigns.
Data Visualization & Storytelling: You will be the go-to expert for performance insights. This includes the end-to-end management of reporting: setting up and interpreting sophisticated dashboards in Looker Studio to translate complex data into clear actionable client narratives.
Budget Ownership: Responsible for the efficient management of significant advertising budgets making sure the campaign goals and opportunities are met.
Creative Collaboration: Working closely with our Creative and Strategy teams to ensure the ad copy and visuals are always top-tier and tailored for peak platform performance.
A/B Testing & Innovation: Relentless pursuit of optimization through rigorous A/B testing and staying ahead of platform updates and new ad formats.

What Makes You Agency Material (Your Profile):

Proven track record (2 years) managing substantial PPC budgets ideally within an agency setting.
Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
Mandatory proficiency in Looker Studio (or similar BI tools) for report setup and delivery.
A data-obsessed mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skillsyou can clearly present complex results to clients.
